- Appointments must be booked by the 30th October 2012. Please call 0207 361 0021 to book your treatments, quoting your kgbdeals reference number
- This kgbdeal can be redeemed Monday to Friday 9am-8pm and Saturday 9am-6pm
- You must present your printed voucher on arrival
- This kgbdeal is only available to persons aged 18 years and over
- A 24-hour cancellation policy applies
